In Kindergarten today, Rachel had to make an alphabet book. They had to write, on their own, two words that went with every letter and then draw the picture that went with it. Here is a sampling of what she wrote -- see if you can figure them all out!

This is too cute! Keep that book in a memory box for Rachel, she will love looking back on her developing phonemic awareness. My favorite is the letter L!
"L" was my favorite too! "S" was funny to me (did you figure it out? - it was my name) since she has never called me that. The only one I wouldn't have figured out if there hadn't been a picture was "I" for igloo :)
